How it Works
It’s very simple – just make a call and we will appoint a time for Derek to visit at a time that is convenient to you! We will discuss your requirements and advise you accordingly for whichever product you have in mind.
Information is collated with reference to design, size, quantities and overall specification etc.
All the relevant information in then packaged and forwarded to at least three of our independently approved companies to tender for the work required.
Their prices are then forwarded to Derek directly (none of them will contact you). Once Derek has all the relevant costs from each company he will re-contact you and give you the prices accordingly.
It is then your decision who to choose to carry out the work.
Once the company is selected, the work is carried out safe in the knowledge that Derek Waller is close at hand should there be any queries or disputes and when the job is complete Derek Waller will personally inspect the installation to give it the DWS seal of approval.
