Independent Reports

If you have windows and doors or a conservatory installed and are having problems with the products or installation then you may need a report. We can arrange for our Chartered Surveyor Barry Cross to contact you and discuss these problems and if necessary provide you with a court report.

Derek Waller is such a well known and respected name in the home improvements industry and as such, from experience most companies will carry out all remedial work without question once they know you have Derek on your side.

Repairs & Remedial Work

If you have windows and doors or a conservatory in need of repair or remedial work, for example if the installing company have ceased trading or the products are out of warranty, then you may require the services of our associate company M Johnson Window Services. Malcolm Johnson is well respected in the industry and we highly recommend his services.

Commercial

Derek Waller Services, through it's list of approved companies has carried out many installations and reports for the commercial sector including:

Hospitals, Churches
Care homes
Factories, Office Blocks
Shopping centres

The method is the same as the domestic market i.e. an initial visit from Derek to discuss your requirement etc. and all information passed to the appropriate Approved Companies so they can tender for the work in question. Work commences by the company of your choice and on completion is personally inspected by Derek for the DWS seal of approval.
